Only through the talent registry

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the talent-registry form on /register/:

• Required — name, email, city, years of experience, availability.
• Optional — a public profile link, domain expertise, how you might get involved, and anything else you choose to write. We deliberately do not ask for your current employer.

If you email us instead, we hold that email as we would any other correspondence. Our mail is hosted by Microsoft 365, so a copy exists in that mail infrastructure — no form can make an email disappear.

Purpose, and nothing beyond it

To contact you about roles at Felsite and to keep an internal shortlist of people we should speak to. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell your data, and we do not disclose it to recruiters, agencies or other organisations for their own purposes. The service providers that process it on our behalf are named below.

Inside Felsite, and the providers that process it

Within Felsite, access is limited to the founding team. No one else in the company, and no outside party, is given the registry to read.

Three service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf, and no others. Talent-registry submissions are received and stored through Netlify. Email reaches us through our Microsoft 365 environment. The public website itself is delivered and protected through Cloudflare, which processes ordinary request data such as IP addresses in the course of serving pages. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms.

Twelve months, then we ask or delete

We hold a registry entry for twelve months from your last contact with us. At that point we either write to ask whether you would like to stay on the list, or delete it. If you never reply, it is deleted.

Access, correction, deletion

Email privacy@felsite.com — or careers@felsite.com with the word DELETE — and we will:

• tell you exactly what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• or delete your entry entirely.

We aim to do this within five working days, the same commitment we make on applications. You do not have to explain why.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS with security headers set. The form carries a honeypot to reject automated submissions. Access to submissions is restricted to the founding team. If you believe you have found a security problem, our disclosure page explains how to tell us.
