How funded are you?
Founder-funded today. We expect to raise institutional capital as the programme advances, and we will go through the specifics with candidates and partners directly rather than publish them.
How much risk am I taking by joining?
Real risk, and we would rather you weighed it than let us talk you past it. This is an early-stage company building a physical product on a long cycle. We will be straight about our position with any candidate who reaches an offer conversation — that is the point at which you are entitled to the detail, and we will not put it on a public page.
Is this a real chip company or a slide deck?
Fair question, and the reason our open-source contributions are on the front page. They are public and reviewed by strangers. Read them and judge for yourself — it is faster than believing us.
Who are your customers?
None yet. Every market we describe is identified from published mandates and procurement records, not from meetings. Customer conversations begin when evaluation kits exist. We would rather say that than dress a market study as a pipeline.
Why should I leave a stable job for this?
Mostly you should not, and we would rather you decided that early. The people this suits want scope unavailable inside a large organisation, ownership that means something, and in many cases to work in Kerala.
Is this remote?
Kochi-based. Hardware bring-up needs a bench and people around it. We are pragmatic about days and hours; we are not a distributed company.
What is the stack?

Do you take interns or fresh graduates?
Selectively, yes — through campus hiring in Kerala, working alongside the senior founding team. The open roles on this site remain senior.
How does relocation work?
Case by case, discussed properly rather than handed a policy. Most people plan on a quarter. Schools, healthcare and the real cost arithmetic are all part of that conversation — see why Kochi.
What happens to my equity if you are acquired early, or if it does not work?
We will walk you through the cap table, the strike price, the vesting schedule and the acceleration terms before you decide anything — including the scenarios where the answer is unfavourable.
