Felsite Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in Kerala on 27 May 2026. We design security silicon — hardware roots of trust for systems where being wrong has consequences.

Corporate Member of TSDSI, India’s telecom standards body; Individual Member of 3GPP through it; and a member of DSCI, the industry body for cyber security and privacy. We also respond to public consultations where hardware trust is at stake.

Applications and engagements are under way with national and state programmes, including a certification-scheme engagement opened in July 2026. We name a programme here only once there is an outcome to report.

Kerala produces excellent semiconductor engineers who leave because that is where the work is. A great many want a reason to come back. Seed capital here buys senior people rather than rent, and modern silicon design is cloud-based — the physical constraint is a bench for bring-up, not a campus.
