You would own
The physical implementation and the schedule that ends in a mask set.
Your first quarter
Telling us what is wrong with the floorplan assumptions before they cost anything, and building the implementation plan back from the tape-out date.
We look for
Delivered tape-outs, plural ideally. Comfort owning a date that does not move. Honesty about signal integrity, power and design-rule problems well before anyone wants to hear it.
Why it matters
The date does not move, and everything else on this list is upstream of you.
